Coronavirus Update: At this time, I am providing sessions via video call, telephone and outdoors with social distancing measures in place.
Hello. I am Kerry, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have 18 years’ experience supporting individuals, young people and their families, to work through their difficulties, predominantly in a one-to-one setting.
I provide a confidential, calm and compassionate atmosphere where you can safely explore thoughts and feelings. I will work alongside you to find balance in everyday life. As you grow and change I will offer tools to succeed outside therapy. My approach to counselling is Integrative. This means that I am trained in a number of counselling approaches that enable me to be flexible to suit the individual needs of each person.
I can help you with a wide range of difficulties. Some examples are:
Personal growth
Self-esteem and confidence
Relationships
Conflict
Trauma and distress
Anxiety
